Regional Leadership & Governance Forum for the North East

(including the launch of the North East England's Leadership Strategy)

Following on from the Regional Leadership Forum which many of you attended earlier in the year, the next Regional Forum will be looking at Leadership And Governance. This will also be the launch of the NE Leadership Strategy, the culmination of 12 months of consultation with the VCS supported by One North East.  This event is being organised in partnership with Governance Works, the Governance Hub and VONNE the regional support service for the North East region.

The Forum is focusing on Leadership and Governance, as this was one of the key issues which arose from feedback from previous Forums. This Forum is aimed at leaders in the sector who are at Chief Officer/Director level, along with their Chairs and Trustees.

Leaders, Chairs and Trustees this will be an experience you just can’t miss out on so follow the leader and come along together.

Sessions will include:

• How to improve your leadership and governance?
• Board recruitment and development
• Participation on Boards
• Partnership working
